Yesterday (2003-02-21) I became the proud owner of a Hewlett-Packard Model 46 desktop calculator. This is a model HP built from 1973 to 1976, and the HP Museum says it is "very difficult" to find. Well, I was lucky -- a colleague found this gem and even bought it for me.
The HP 46 is a printing desktop calculator with the same functions as the HP 45 pocket calculator. Other than that one's, its operation is quite noisy.
